Welcome to Onemeal

When shopping with Onemeal you automatically accept the below terms and conditions of purchase. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to making your purchase.

General

Sales within Denmark 

All sales to Denmark (excl. Greenland) will be sent as parcels, as this makes it possible to track the package in the event that any delivery problems should arise during transit. The item(s) are insured while in transit and you are requested to inspect the contents of your package upon receipt.

In the event that the package and/or contents is/are damaged upon receipt, you must report this to Post Danmark immediately, or no later than within 2 working days of receiving the package, and subsequently return the item(s) to Onemeal. Onemeal is not responsible for any item(s) damaged in transit. Onemeal always packs items in reliable packaging so as to minimise the risk of damage to the shipment.

Sales within the European Union

Sales within the EU will be sent with Blue Water Shipping (BWS) as parcels depending on the country of destination, as this makes it possible to track the package in the event that any delivery problems should arise during transit. The items are insured while in transit – you are requested to check the contents of the package upon receipt. In the event that the package and/or contents is/are damaged upon receipt, you must report this to BWS immediately , or no later than within 2 working days of receiving the package, and subsequently return the item(s) to Onemeal. Onemeal is not responsible for any item(s) damaged in transit. Onemeal always packs items in reliable packaging so as to minimise the risk of damage to the shipment.

Sales to the rest of the world 

We do not currently ship our products outside of the EU.

Onemeal makes reservations for errors and sold-out items.

Delivery time

Onemeal strives to achieve fast deliveries and therefore dispatches all orders within 1-4 working days. A longer delivery time should be anticipated for reduced-price/sale items. Should the delivery service be delayed in delivering the package, Onemeal cannot be held responsible for this. In the event of an item/items being significantly delayed (several days), or of an actual non-delivery, you must contact Onemeal on info@onemeal.dk

Deliveries to Bornholm and other small islands can take up to 4 days in some cases. A longer delivery time should be anticipated for deliveries to countries within the EU.

Freight & delivery 

A freight charge of DKK 30 will be added to cover delivery costs in Denmark.

Onemeal uses Blue Water Shipping to deliver freight.

The following terms and conditions apply to the delivery of parcels abroad:

  • Shipping to the following countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Czech Republic, Schweiz, Slovakia, Austria – DKK 56,-
  • Shipping to: France, Sweden, Poland, England, Slovenia, Lithuania, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Estonia, Italy - DKK 86,-
  • Shipping to: Finland, Latvia, Portugal, Rumania, Spain – DKK 110,-
  • Shipping to: Greece – DKK 170,-

Right of return

Onemeal offers full right of return, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You must complete the return form and enclose it with the item(s) in the delivery package, within 14 days from the date you contacted us about the return. The items(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition and quantity as was received, with all original packaging intact as this is regarded as part of the item(s).

Upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), we will refund the amount paid to your account as quickly as possible. A refund can only be made to the card used to purchase the item(s). This is done as a security for the customer, to safeguard against the potential use of stolen cards to make purchases.

For bank transfers, remember to include your relevant information, sort code and account number. Always keep your postal receipt as proof that the package has been sent/returned.

The return of items must always be paid for by the purchaser and must be arranged in advance with Onemeal to ensure the efficient processing of returns.

Onemeal does not exchange items but will rather refund the full amount providing the above terms and conditions are met.

Should the purchaser require another item/other items to the one(s) which have been returned, a new order must be made for the desired item(s).

Complaints

All items are subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act specifying 24 months right to invoke lack of conformity. The right to invoke lack of conformity means that you, as a customer, can complain about any defects and/or deficiencies in the item(s) which have arisen within 24 months of purchase.

The right to invoke lack of conformity does not apply when defects, damage or wear and tear have arisen as a result of the incorrect use or wash, insufficient maintenance, or normal wear and tear of the item(s). In the event of a complaint, defect and/or deficiency, or of an undelivered item(s), please contact us via email: info@onemeal.dk

In the event of a complaint, Onemeal does not compensate for the potential costs associated with the return of items.

Sold-out items 

In the event that an item is sold-out, you can contact us at info@onemeal.dk to find out whether we are considering continuing to carry the item or not.

Payment

Payments can be made using any of the following credit cards:

  • Visa 
  • Dankort
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal (you must have/create a PayPal account)

All of Onemeal prices are given in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of 25% VAT for residents within Europe. Tax free shopping is available to recidents outside the EU, prices on the website and at checkout will reflect this.

Facts and prices 

At Onemeal all transactions are made using a secure payment system via en encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Onemeal is therefore not able to view your personal data. We guarantee that your personal contact details will be handled with 100% confidentiality and that no other party will be given access to them.

Onemeal makes reservations for typing/printing errors in prices and facts. Onemeal reserves the right to change information and prices on its website.

Duty / VAT / currency

All transactions at Onemeal are made in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT for residents within Europe. Tax free shopping is available to recidents outside the EU, prices on the website and at checkout will reflect this.

Bestilling 

Varerne købes ved at klikke "Cart" i webshoppen og derefter godkende bestillingen. Betaling kan ske med Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro eller Mastercard. Vi sender en ordrebekræftelse pr. e-mail, samt information om, hvornår varerne sendes. Kreditkortet debiteres først, når vi afsender de bestilte varer.
Vi leverer varer til Danmark, Norden og EU.
Er der specifikke ønsker eller kommentarer til ordren, kan dette skrives i kommentarfeltet i indkøbskurven.

Priser

Alle priser fremgår i danske kroner (DKK) og er inklusive moms, skat samt afgifter. Der tages forbehold for prisændringer, tastefejl og udsolgte varer.

Forsendelse

Forsendelse til Danmark samt øvrige lande end Danmark er efter gældende priser fra Post Danmark, og fremgår ved afslutning af bestilling.

Leveringsbetingelser

Vi sender vore pakker med Blue Water Shipping.
Bestilling afsendes på hverdage når ordren er os i hænde. Bestilles der i weekenden eller på helligdage vil pakken blive afsendt den efterfølgende hverdag.
Vi pakker varerne forsvarligt ind i godkendt emballage.

Fortrydelsesret

Der er op til i alt 28 dages fortrydelsesret.
Ønsker du at anvende din fortrydelsesret, skal du kontakte os inden for 14 dage fra modtagelsen af varen og aftale returforsendelse. Derefter skal du returnere varen i samme stand, som den er modtaget og senest 14 dage efter aftalt returnering. Ved anvendelse af fortrydelsesretten efter ovenstående betingelser, refunderer vi det indbetalte beløb. Ved fortrydelse af dit køb skal du selv betale for eventuelle omkostninger vedrørende returforsendelse af varen.

Reklamation

Hvis du konstaterer fejl og/eller mangler på produkter købt hos Onemeal, bedes du kontakte os omgående på info@onemeal.dk og lave en aftale om returnering. Dette forudsætter dog, at det ikke er dig, der har behandlet varen forkert.
